Anything is Possible by Pteryxx Anything is Possible by Pteryxx
Giftart on the theme of "Anything is Possible", intended to give a message of hope to strangers.

This took me a total of four hours or so... one during stat class, one while waiting for the premiere of Watchmen to start, one making perspective lines on all those darn buildings in panel 6, and one wrestling with Gimp to attach the two separate halves into one image. Pencil on copy paper, again.

For some reason, I can easily picture this as a series of stenciled graffiti paintings, each twenty feet high. Simple and uplifting. Great work!

...Stenciled landscape effects? Hmmm, now THAT would be quite a challenge to pull off, at least in single color.

This series really should have been in color, for the concept, but I'm rather proud of how I handled it in mere pencil. Except for those darn buildings.

Small fish, big pond. Thank goodness for nonlinear responses. :)
